I was just wondering why it isnt good to bend tube with a torch?? Does the heat weaken the bend even more??

Whats exactly is wrong with using a torch to bend tube??

Yes it can weaken it. The biggest concern is for a radius of less than 1 foot you can easily crush/wrinkle the inside of the bend because the metal is so soft from the heating. It also causes the outside of the bend to stretch more and become much thinner than when you use a mandrel bender.
