What's all needed to convert a dually dana 60 front rear to a single tire? Part numbers would be great too if you know them. Thanks.

"front rear" ? I never understood this terminology.

Anyway... To convert a front D60 from DRW to SRW you just need to swap the bearing hub/rotor assemblies, everything else is the same. Technically, you can convert the DRW rotor to be used with an SRW bearing hub by redrilling the stud holes but I don't know the bit size. The redrilling info is in the "D60 Bible" on Pirate.

Yeah me too. But that's the easiest way to explain it lol. Thanks

So you're saying that the rotor has the bearings in it right? (Of course after I press the races I them). I did this before but over 20 years ago and cant remember lol

The bearing hub has the races and bearings, the rotor is removable (held together by the wheel studs).

Next time just replace the word rear with axle.
Front axle or rear axle..
The reason a lot of people use the word rear tosay axle is the fact most cars have only one axle and some call it rear end or rear for short.

So are you saying the flange to flange "length" is the same? Pirate shows a spacer on the hub but they used the DRW hub. Does that mean a new SRW hub can be swapped in and it will work? (Call me "Puzzled".)

If you're talking about the wheel mounting surface flange that is welded on it's to provide an ideal true surface for the wheel to bolt against. Some folks do it, some don't - certainly couldn't hurt but it'll add an inc or so to the overall width.
