whats the equation for crawl ratio?

don't misinterpret my defense of "torque multiplication" as an endorsement of automatics or a statement that what everyone says about doubling your crawl ratio due to a converter as being correct. I think its bull, but not totally bullshit. multiplying by 2 is just stupid.

I missed the post where the stators task was dispelled as myth.
I do not believe it is a lossless conversion nor do I believe the x2 numbers as they are being utilized here.
