What's the width of a fullsize axle?

Does anybody know the width of a fullsize's axles (wheel mount surface to wheel mount surface)? I assume they are different for different years, so lets say the late '70's fullsize Chevy trucks.

Rear is about 67 inches WMS to WMS and fronts are about 70 WMS to WMS.

That is for a single rear wheel axle setup.
