I'm getting close to swapping out my 10 bolts and collecting all parts to do so.

I'm looking to purchase some 1.5" thick 8 X 6.5" T6061 Wheel Spacers. I seem to come across two stud options and wanted CK5 feedback. I either find 14mm or 9/16" studs. I think that the existing 14Bolt FF & Dana 44 studs are 9/16"... can anyone confirm this for me?

only school is 9/16 , the late models are 14mm

my Hd has 14mm studs where as my blazer has 9/16 (axles form a 79 K20 )

I think a better question is why wheel spacers? You're going to get new wheels anyways going from your 6 lug 10b's to 8 lug axles so why not order the right back spacing on the wheels and ditch the spacers?

The rear axle has a 3" narrower track width than a front axle and some people like them to match. If he bought wheels with different offsets then he couldn't rotate tires front to back.

If he bought a van width axle it is 3" wider than a standard truck axle and this would cure the problem without using a wheel spacer.

Having axles with the same track width gives up some turning radius though.

Oh, I missed that part. But why does it matter if they match? Like you said all it'll do is make your turning radius larger.
