finally figured out how to post pics:D

This is after going through the same hole as the XJ in the next post. And just for the record, he had to back out of the hole after he filled the floorboards with water but the burb made it through.

One of my favorite wheelin' pics. My buddies XJ going through a DEEP hole. He has 6" of lift and 35's and you can see the water line right below his turn signals.

More and more reasons that I need to move to AK.

anymore pics and specs of the xj? thinking of buying one as a dd in a year.. but wanna do 33's or 35's....

More water. This is actually the same stream as the one above. The difference is that this is in Oct and the other is in May.

I did some wheeling in Fairbanks, but that was with rental vehicles. Uggh. You don't know how much I was wishing I had my K5 while driving on Eielson AFB. I'll be back there this summer doing the same F#$% rental truck nonsense. This time I'll get to spend some time in Anchorage though. Hopefully I'll get to do some Halibut fishing and I hear good things about the AK Bush factory :D. One thing I was really surprised about when spending time up there was the amount of old Chevy's still on the road and not rusted out. More there than in CA. I guess you guys use something other than salt to melt all that frozen white stuff on the roads.

WOW the scenery alone would make it worth the trip....but the wheeling looks likea blast too.

So who's ready for an Alaskan road trip:D

Before you come to Anchorage post up on alaska4x4network.com and we'll put a run together.
I don't know what they use on the roads here, but it doesn't promote cancer like back east.

I forgot about this thread. You guys said you wanted more pics so here ya go!

The start of a weekend jaunt into the LAST FRONTIER.
