The output flange is what im talking about. Can i buy this from somewhere? What year truck would it have come from. I had a 208 before the doubler and I already have a square front driveshaft, and dont want to make a new one if I dont have to. Thanks

What spline count do you need, 30 or 32? You can buy flanges from Jesse at HAD but if that's a pic of your doubler i don't think his flange will work since the diameter is just large enough that it interferes with the triple stick. (i have a triple stick doubler in the garage and also have the exact flange in your pic and also have Jesse's flange)

Mine is the ten spline front output. I know they make those flanges for the 30 and 32 spline just wasnt sure about the ten spline. From the research I've done the ten spline came in trucks 77 and eariler and the didnt use the GM 3R series CV joint.

You can't get a flange for a 10 spline AFAIK. At least there weren't any from the factory. Just upgrade the front output to 32 spline then you have the most choices for Yokes and flanges. The upgrade is easy and can be done with the t-case still installed.
