Hello all! I got this 84 Blazer in the shop for a restoration. Came in with interior already stripped. I’m stumped, where does this thing go. Thanks guys!

Kick panel behind the passenger seat I think.
Like obijuank5 states ... I believe it goes behind the Passenger seat just in front of the lock cup on the floor board ... the rubber side goes toward the backseat and the bolt section goes towards the lock cup ... it keeps toes out of the seat when it is shut back down on those that lift up towards the windshield.

That’s exactly what it is. I tried searching for a picture from my 84 but I remember it being there.
Okay … I had it backwards … the rubber side goes towards the passenger seat and the screws go to the back seat …. Sorry about how filthy it is … have not cleaned much bringing it home from 14 years on the deer lease
This answers a question i have had too, i have a 78 and it was missing i only had the stainless piece and couldn't figure out what the purpose of it was, does anyone know if you can order it anywhere?
