I worked for Motion for a few years, while in between career paths, and found that they were in bed with ALL the manufacturers - there was no bearing or related components , hydraulic pump and related equipment or motor, gear boxes, couplers , etc that they could not get.
They are a great supplier and can get whatever bearing including knowledge of N.O.S. discontinued stuff - very impressive business ties.
The locations that have no “front sales retail counter” are by design - my boss told me during the interview that the only reason they chose to have a retail counter was to provide additional profit for the brick-n-mortar as long as it doesn’t take any resources away from their commercial customers.
