Where to find grill guard

I have a Warn one that mounts a winch on top of the factory bumper, but it probably isn't what you want for the '73.

I removed the outer sections that were supposed to protect the headlights years ago. They weren't placed well in my opinion.

If you could find a decent one cheap enough, it probably wouldn't cost more than a couple hundred to have it chromed. Most of the actual chrome ones were cheap, weak material I believe. I haven't hand my hands on many of them though.

A good solid one, chromed, would be cool.

I've got this 1
Fits my 78 nicely, tucks up to stock bumper

Never liked small tube ones, dont look right

Same for chrome, silver argent powdercoat is a great substitute

Not for sale

Send them a message. I remember them having 70's and 80's bumpers

Saw this at the junkyard Saturday.

It's a little tweaked; looks like the tube came free from the plate on the driver side. I think it could be redone and squared back up. I might go back and get it depending on how much the ask for them. Usually the local pick n pull is pretty cheap.

I'd have to see pictures to say for certain, but the winch plate might look funny. Or I could just put a winch on it; a winch on a C10 seems like a 70's thing to do.

Don't think it would work. The 90s trucks are kinda pointy in the grill. Basically they are moe curved.

That one is a possibility. I didn't have any luck when I looked before starting the thread.
