Where to find Michelin xl, xml, or zxl tires

Anybody have any thoughts on where to find military surplus tires either in the 16" or 20" wheel size. I'm looking for some good highway mannered tires, but still capable off-road, and the price is usually right. I have found some on e-bay but nothing close by the midwest. I've got 5.13 gears so trying to stay in the 40-49 range.

theyre everywhere, just ask your local small town fire dept/construction company where they get there watertruck and deuce tires. theres probably some tire shop thats got a couple or knows the regional guy with the contracts.
