i just bought a warn m8000 winch with a multi mount so i can move the winch from the front to back and also on to my car trailer. i would like to have quick disconnects for my blazer so i don't have to run jumper cables to the back everytime i need it there. where can i find disconnects? i plan on running welding cable along the frame rail to the back just need someway to just plug it in.

Your local auto parts store can order them for you. You need to know what AMP rating you need though. Bigger is always better in this case but the terminal ends also need to fit the welding cable properly.

thanks for the reply. what should i exactly ask for? i know they will say they don't know what i'm talking about. the guys at my parts store only know what they sell regularly. is there a brand for the disconnects? about how much are they?

Find someone that works on forklifts & talk em out of a set.
When I was doing forklift maintenance I kept quite a few spare sets on hand, as I was always replacing broken ones
Any good autoparts place should be able to order them, but they can be found alot cheaper on line.
As mentioned McMaster -Carr has them ,

as should Fastenal
Here's a site I found ,just search for "forklift battery connectors" or "forklift battery disconnects"

$5.99

$5.99 is just for the handle, not the actual electrical connector.
