Where to order wire?

Meaning that 16ga 12 volt wire is different from 16ga 110volt wire?

Really, i'm not too concerned about specific size. This would be used for random low-draw accessories, if anything. Also would be used on the interior, in non-abusive conditions, and would be properly fused. Am i missing something crucial?

Seems like, for this application, wire would be wire.

For this you are right. The wire here is still a conductor weather it has 110v or 12v running through it. As long as it is the appropriate gauge for the amperage draw that it will be carrying you are good to go.

Cool. Most of the newer accessories i plan to run are VERY low draw.

My current list of things to add, as soon as i get this aux fuse block mounted somewhere, are:

Hardwired V1 Radar Detector
Gentex Compass/Temp Rear/Autodim view mirror
Rewire Trans Temp gauge power
Rewire tach power
Run 2 digital voltage gauges on a quick disconnect

etc.

I'll use higher quality wire for the gauges, but the rest of the smaller stuff, i'm not that concerned.

That wire should be fine if you keep it away from heat and weather. I wouldn't use 12V wire for 110V though. The insulation may not be up to it.
