I have ordered a lot of parts from ORD, and was satisfied every time. When it came time for the Doubler puchase, I almost went with them, instead of NWF. However, NWF was a little cheaper, and I liked the clockability feature, so I went with NWF.
Honestly, I was not blown away with NWF. When I recieved my order, it was incomplete. They did make it right, but it took awhile. I believe this has something to do with clearing customs between Canada and the US, not necessarily NWF. The round adapter plate that was supposed to fit the NP205 transfer case had a hole drilled in the wrong spot. No matter how I rotated the part, flipped it, and rotated it again, I could not bolt it on because one hole was always off. This rather pi**ed me off. Instead of dealing with long shipping times and more waiting, I drilled it myself and made it work. Other than that, most of the other parts appeared to be high quality. I was not overly impressed with NWF triple stick shifters either, they seem to be rather cheaply made, compared to others I've seen. I have used the Doubler in the field, and it does work. Shifting the two NP205 transfer case levers is a little difficult, and I'm not sure why.
Whenever I called NWF with a problem, it usually took a few calls on my part to get through, they didn't seem to be in a hurry to return mine. When I did get someone on the phone, they were helpful though.
Like I said, I wasn't blown away with NWF, but there products do appear to be working well in my truck, except for the hard shifting (which probably isn't there fault anyway). Even though their product is clockable, I have not tried any different adjustment yet, but I might. If I had to do it again, I think I would try ORD, for a true comparison. This is just one man's opinion...
