Which TBI Engine is better? : 454 or 350?

My hemi durastroke is kinda lame

Mine is too, but I think it's just mine. Compression in cylinder #9 is pretty low.

My Tbi cummins is pretty sluggish as well.

Is THAT why my N/A 6.2 keeps beating all those Cummins rigs at the track? Just 'cause it doesn't have TBI? Thanks. I never would have figured that one out.
