white smoke from the crankcase

hey guys, within the last 2 months when my truck gets warmed up and i pull the oil fill cap off white smoke comes barreling out. I was wondering what the cause would be and if there is a fix. I'm not burning up oil, it's just kind of annoying, and also at night it's kind of funny because the cars behind me get blasted with clouds of white smoke when i'm on the throttle.

Bad head gasket. Sounds like you are getting coolant in your motor, not good.
