say someone with a white truck and a white dash, needed to replace the door panals, dash pad etc, what color would look good with the white? thx

i was thinking of maybe a blue or light brown door panals and dark brown dash pad, i was leaning toward the brown combo

i have only seen the light/dark brown interior on k20's truck on here. and i like that color combo but dont know how it will look with a white dash, anyone got pics of differant color combos with white?

Go with either red or blue for the interior. Readily available parts from LMC & such in these stock colors. Also looks good in the white trucks I have seen.

thex bulldog yea i was thinking of blue, but i would need to get all the same brand wouldnt i? so it wouldnt be a differant color blue

What color is the truck on the exterior? I have seen a local K5 with a white and black paint job with a custom interior job, he had black and white seats and all black door panels, dash, and trim. Looked great. If I ever finish my K5 I am going with black and silver in the interior with a bunch of diamond plate and flames.

If you are asking me, mine is white. Here is the interior -

i have a white blazer with the white dash, and the dash pad was already black, but i put one of the dash covers over it, which is blue. Then i went with a light gray door panal, and the carpet and head liner is dark blue. All the plastic stripping that holds in the head line was taken out and painted gray to match the door panals.

Brown Shmown!

I've spent more than enough time trying to get RID of brown interiors -- Everything that Toyota made in the mid-early 80's seemed to be full of it, and I've owned a few... It's all personal preference, though.

Before you go spending money on a new dash or doorpanels, you could change the colour of the ones you've got. Up here, Canadian Tire sells some great stuff... Interior Vinyl Paint (or Dye? Can't Remember what the spray can says) basically paint specifically for interior panels. Sticks like glue to just about anything plastic (Even padded/flexible stuff), and doesn't chip off like regular paint. Napa or Autozone will probably have something similar, or check out a store that caters to ricers -- those guys are always painting something inside.
