It could have gone a little farther but that was about as high as that little ridge was. haha
The other front tire was tucked up pretty good. only about 4" from the edge of the fender.
Oh and does it make me a redneck if i can "flex" my truck on the road to my house?

nice and YES you are a redneck for that.

but on a different note: how come you got the wrong bumper on your truck? that is wrong right?

yes it is the wrong bumper. I started off with one. but it was all messed up. Put another on. Bent the crap out of it.(only bolted on the center 4 holes and hooked it on a stump.) And this was the only one left at the house. Free is good.

EDIT: Accidently hooked it on a stump. backing up from trying to drive on/over it. lol

Flex?! You call that flex?! With 12" springs?! Ha! :haha:

Coughfrontdriveshaft?cough...:wink1:

I give ya credit though...most of the BIG trucks like that I see around here are owned by guys too protective to even take them off of anything paved. So yeah...I've never really seen a GM with 12" springs flex before.
How big are the tires?

whoops i forgot my sig isnt there.. still waiting on paypal to be a member again. they are 39.5's. Yes i need a front shaft. But im waiting till i get a 208 (hopefully this weekend).
I have a picture of the back end sitting on the axle housing and the front on dry ground. that was frustrating.
So yeah my truck is always out in the mud or doing something dumb. I cant see putting this much time and effort into it and only driving it on the street. Where it performs the WORST for what work was done to it. hmm thats a thinker.:D

well i got bored. So i did it again. But i found a spot that is a little higher.

:haha: dont get too jealous of my mad flex guys.. its alright. :D

What brand of springs are those?

I remember years ago when the ill-fated mag Fullsize 4x4 did a series of articles about lifting a GM 3/4 ton up on 12" springs and then putting 44's under it. Thing had about no flex at all. They noted that the lack of flex was made up for to some part by the fact that stuff that stopped or gave 35's trouble were minor bumps to 44's.
