1986 chevy crew cab. 17 inches of lift with almost new 44 inch super swamper tsl's. 454 motor. Smoged in feb and haven't touched since. Just payed regestration so its good for a year. 5.13 gears front and rear with lockers front and rear. Np 205 transfer case. 465 trany. Full interior cage. Tinted windows. Stereo. 5 kc lights up front and back up in rear. Interior out of newer suburban. Everything works and it drives good. And yes it has a front driveline and the 4x4 works. Yeah, that's been for sale on Pirate for a while. The guy has taken some flack for the front D44, seems like a reasonable deal considering. :dunno:

I don't think thats the same truck...I know the thread you are talking about and his looked "junky" is the only way I could describe it.

Yeah they are both 3+3's w/ a big lift but I don't think they are the same...

yep. same chit. i think he said its a HP44 retubed, what a waste of money to put into a d44 and then run 44's. all things considered i guess its an alright price.

I'm not calling you a liar, James, but I doubt ANYONE is de-de-deee enough to retube a HP to pass. side drop, then spin 44" TSLs on it. No, wait, I stand corrected....I remember seeing a Jeep with 18" or body lift once, and then there's any number of a dozen trars we've seen out there....

I just figure d44 or not, for the price, its a good start. Swap in a 60 and you've got yourself a bad ass truck. Lower it if you want to wheel it or tow with it, and your set.

well it seems as tho the thread was deleted. i was lookin at it last night, but now its nowhere to be seen. i actually think what it was was that he had the knuckles rotated. he was making a big deal bout it.

Dude, I would pimp that truck like a hooker in Vegas.... I wish my finances were different. I love that 'Burban interior.

It'd be a shame to see him part it out. It should stay as it is.
