Saw this in the southern forum. Man I love the way that thing looks. Its the background of my computer right now.. WOW that's a sick truck, its EXCACTLY what I want to build one day.

Who owns it, what are the specs on it?
thanks,
James

as far as i know, he is not a member here.

didnt catch his name, but he lunched his tranny and bent up one of those cheapo lowering shackels.

seemed like a pretty cool guy

tell him to join
that rig is just plain SICK.. any ideas what tires/ suspension he was running?
thanks,
James

39.5s. looked to be 8 inch springs, homemade shackle flip, with those lowering shackles maybe a block out back too. 60/14ff running an auto and a 205. didnt see the engine.

yeah, that's a bit more lift than I have been planning on, but that may be a good thing with the breakover angle and departure angles burbs have.. Man, that rig has really inspired me.. When I find that 60 out there with my name on it, I'm gonna build up the burb to be like that.
thanks,
James

theres one just like that in columbia for sale.

$2500 39.5's 60/14ff 465/205 add says it needs work, and hasnt sold in over a year. so it must be beat, and he wont come down on the price.

WOW, I have almost 2 grand into the burb now, and its nothing more than a leaky, sputtering turd on baby tires.... Wish I could get a deal like that. Even if it does need work, thats a heck of a deal. Sounds like that thing has all of the components I would love to have. I would almost condsider driving the 500 miles up there to get it, If I had the money... I doubt if I will get that much money stashed back this summer, but just for kicks and giggles, could you email me the fellow's phone number? my email addy is [email protected]

thanks,
James

We have wheeled with him at URE in the past. I am pretty sure he is from north of Fayetteville.

He was having fuel pick-up/fuel pump problems last year. But we had to stop and replace a heim joint anyway. He came over and BS'd with us for a while and seemed like a cool guy.

I do like the look of that scuffed up burb.

I believe he is also running a 454. Oh, and where he is about to drive up in the pic is where i blew my front warn standard. Wouldnt have been as hard if it wasnt muddy there, and if the boulders didnt move after every rig that went through.
