Stay with the small block, I have nothing against the BB, but it will take serious decation/patience to do the swap...ie brackets and all the small stuff.
My 383 Stroker has plenty of power. Enough so, I can spin the 37's with ease and I can also bark the 37's shifting into 2nd with the new heavy duty tranny. Next summer, if my wallet is big enough /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif I'd like to add roller tip rockers, larger camshaft, modified Vortec heads and Holley Pro-Injection. Then it should run like a stripped-ass ape.
