The spacers are supposed to be below everything. The crossmember touches the frame, then the spacers are under the crossmember, then the bolts go through itthis is with it dropped like when i got it. now the spacers are inside the rail.

All of the stock late k5's (89-91) I've seen had the spacers below the crossmember on the ends of the bolts unless the owner has moved them. I'm sure that was done at the factory.The spacers on my Blazers are also both under the crossmember too I don't know if that is original, but it seems odd that they would both be that way. I think I'll move them on top of the frame - less likely to get bent that way.
