Will a factory van (73-91) front bumper guards fit a K5 front bumper?

Good question. @kennyw migjt know?
Quick look at an '85 K5 shows the bumpers being different. Even if the bolt patterns were correct, it would be obvious it was incorrect as the bumperettes are cut for the respective bumper contour.
1973-80(?) trucks had different bumpers too, correct? Maybe they are the same as the van?

I feel like I remember the van bumper guards fit the 73-80 truck bumpers but tue van bumpers do not fit the trucks.

The profile of the van bumper is basically the same as 73-80 pickups. The bolt spacing however is not the same and van bumper guards are not the same size.
