5 5/8". The wheels are 8 1/2" wide, so that makes the offset the same as any other GM factory 8 lug wheel (SRW applications only).

They fit just fine, I had to space mine out 1/8" to clear the tie-rod boot...
I tried them on my '97 K2500HD, with 14bff, they fit on that truck perfect too. Of course the spacing is not nessesary there.
