Will pre '73 body fit on post '73 frame?

Yes, my 1970 mud truck is on a 78 short bed frame. I used the 70 rear cab mounts and made my own front cab mount. Also made my radiator core support mounts. I used a set of 2wd body mounts since their shorter. I can get pics if that will help. Jason

That would be cool. You did have to make your own mounts, though? The mounts on the cab and the frame don't line up?

Like '69 K10 cab on '88 K5 frame.

Here's another members build though with a 79 blazer frame and a 70 chevy body. He did a great job.
