Will the manual Trans hold 6.0l vortec engine?​

I plan to do swap engine and install 6.0L vortec the new engine 2005 –up.
Will the th350 manual hold the stock 6.0L?
The car will be daily driver and sand used.​

Never heard of a th430. But if you are talking about the sm465, then that should hold up just fine. The are lots of healthy big block with it behind them without any issues.

K huh? TH350 is an automatic trans. Yes a th350 with some minor upgrades will handle a 6.0 no problem, iron block or LS2 it doesnt matter.

And yes an SM465 manual will hold a 6bt without a problem so no worries there either.

Will the 700r4 hold the 6.0L ? is there any another 4 speed that will hold 6.0L if the 700r4 cannot?

Whats is the diff?

LQ4's have about 300-320hp with 360-370 ft/lbs of torque
LQ9's have 347hp with 380 ft/lbs of tq

LQ9's have flat top pistons and well a higher compression ratio.

You refer to both.

Yes a 700r4 with minor upgrades will handle a mild 6.0.

Most of the fullsize offered transmissions will. The 6.0/ Gen III is really just a slightly larger replacement for the small block line of gen I engines.
