Will these Spark Plugs work?

I just bought a 8 pack of accel shorties for my 350 off ebay. They are for a MUCH older 350. These have the same thread and thread length but they have washers and are not tappered (SP?). Will these work? Do I need to cut the washer? Does the tapper really matter? I really hope I can use these I got them for 13.33 and they are 30.00 at autozone.

those plugs work with headers. i used them. but you need the proper plug for the style of head. sorry
