WinALDL DataLog

Looking back over the data log, I think I really was at zero throttle during those times. The data log is just from a quick trip around the block. I'm on the throttle during the "straights" and off it for turns and stop signs. The TPS readings make sense compared to the MAP and RPM data.

I did (visually) check the TPS wiring. I'd hate to go buy a new TPS unless I'm pretty sure it is bad.

TPS reading at idle, looking at WinALDL should read .54 or very close. For some reason their are metric settings or something that will leave your data stating 2.0 after you know you have set the TPS at .54 This usually happens from worn out throttle shaft and needing minumun air set.

I think you are talking about voltage and I am talking about percent. I set WinALDL to interpret 0.47 volts as 0%. I do see 0% (0.47V) with my foot off the throttle and ~96% with it floored. I didn't check the voltage at WOT, but I would assume that 0.54 volts would be close to 2%.
