since i was going to run it to the rear of my blazer wanted to use the stuff below to run it.
can the ground go to the frame? or do i have to run it full lenght? was going to use a circuit breaker the inverter says 100 amp

was going to run a short wire(all wire will be 0 gauge) from auxiliary battery to Positive distribution block then short wire to circuit breaker and then run to back of blazer. does this sound sufficient enough?
list of parts below

The link in the first post is for 8awg wire, make sure you order 1/0 wire. I would get shrink tube for the ends. Id run the ground all the way to the battery, although the frame should be acceptable. I would get insulated P clamps for the wire to be strapped down.

and ya the claps with the rubber is what i was going to get there available at local ace hardware

As said, yes you can use the frame as ground just like any other electrical connection with the understanding that the ground strap that is going from the battery to the frame is the correct size, if not oversized. Also make sure the connections to the frame are to bare metal and have a good connection with dielectric grease.

dont use that wire you posted the link to. that's copper clad aluminum wire. its junk. it will last like 3 years then the ends will rot off.

Definitely stay away from copper covered aluminum. 1/0 is big heavy cable, and hard to work with. I used 2 on the last 1500w I installed, thou I was sent 2/0 for one color. I used the 2/0 but it was a pain to thread through the truck to where the inverter was installed.
The charts I looked at say 4 guage 100 amp 30 feet. So 2 should be enough safety margin.
I still need to wire my 1k, I haven't decided the best place yet
