They probably don’t make a passenger side TRE with the steering stabilizer mount? That would probably make up the length difference.

So 21/32" is way to big. Think hot dog in a hall way.....

I tried a 5/8" twist drill I had. It works, but could be tighter. I wish I had a 39/64" instead.

I sent these hubs with a buddy to Spalding, to get fixed.

A LONG time ago.

Should check into them.

Just read this entire build. I absolutely love this truck. This has me pumped up to bob my suburban, and I just ordered a clocking ring for my np208 thanks to this thread.
 
Yes I have the off-road design 1” just like this truck.
