I tried contacting Keith today to see why my order didn't show up- yet again. Nobody is answering any of their numbers and they haven't responded to any e-mails. Looks like i'm stuck with the wrong locker and missing parts for my flanges. What kind of a vendor are/were they?
 
DAMN DUDE!!! THAT SUCKS! sorry to here that. someone there should have there ass kicked if even one person gets burned like that. anyone know whats going on over there? glad I never ordered from them, almost did once.
 
Glad I just ordered my doubler from NWF instead! That memorial day deadline sure is coming fast. I'm sure no one has time to waste on parts that don't come in.:crazy:

Well, keith did make an effort. But once again, he promised that he would overnight the correct locker and didn't follow through. Who knows, maybe it will show up today. With nobody even answering the phones, I kinda doubt it. What a horrible experience this has been. Any advice on how to handle this guys? At this point, all I want is the correct locker.
 
Keith, is/was kinda active on the Pirate board, wouldn't suck to post over there and try and get his attention. Goes by atorbuggy on that site.

Yea it does, he borrowed my locker to put his axle back together!

Not worried about you K, just hope you get ahold of them. If you used a CC to buy the stuff, contact the CC company and decline the charge.

thats what I was thinking too, contact them and file a complaint. they really didn't do much for me when I sued 4WP other then notify them that there was a complaint filed against them and that they were being investigated for the reasons listed in the complaint, but thats about it. maybe they can do more for you in your case I dont know, but its worth a try.
 
This is unfortunate, I HAD planned on doing some business with them in the near future, seeing that they are an Oklahoma based company and all. Perhaps I'll spend my money elsewhere. Kyle, what's up?

Well, I definately wouldn't suggest anybody send them any money. I had a bad feeling from the first lie that this was going to be a bad situation. Last I talked to Keith, on saturday, he again acknowledged that he messed it all up and that my correct locker would be overnighted first thing Monday. More lies. How I love seeing that ad for them on this site.... they did get one thing right, my card was charged on the 6th.

I think he just said that to grab attention...

eh I bought from them(under the former ownership) with no issue whatsoever. But even USA6x6 has customers that exalt their virtues.
 
I'm pretty sure they are closed. They haven't answered their phones for three days and they haven't sent me my order that was placed 3 weeks ago. I'm pretty sure that they are closed at least temporarily.
