They will credit your account while they investigate, and if they can't reach the company either....odds are that good that they end up siding with you and giving you that money back permanently.

This is Keith. I am no longer a the shop in Haskell,I am in Tulsa. Things have not gone as planed. I will be answering the phone tomarrow and from now on the phone is going to my cell for now we are up and running. I have most any shaft in stock call me I will overnight you one. I do not have any T shirts but If you will call me tomarrow I will make it right with you. If any one has any questions just call me. I only have one line the phones should be put in the new shop tomarrow so if you cant get me keep calling. I want everyone to be happy I can get in tuch with the other guys so I can take a masage an have them call you back. Please dont give up I will take care of everyone and need all the busness I can get. Please help me by making orders and I will help you. P.S. No credit cards will be ran untill it is ready to ship or just a deposit on a big job. Thanks again and I will do all I can!!!

no order but i know the feeling of feeling like ur cash is hanging out there and no product. but have thought to order some stuff from him but if he keeps up this service i think i am liking NWF better anyways
