The shop was running Zero rates yesterday in the mill so I know they should be coming to you soon.

My Hi-steer/X-over order was missing a few things (pitman arm, taper nuts, and studs) and I called and they said they would send them, no problem. They're very easy to work with, so I'm sure they'll be more than willing to help whatever the situation is.

if its coming from tuff then youll have to wait. I ordered 1500$ of parts, i ordered the same day you did, but due to the sale they had in december, tuff had to backorder there chit.

I waited about a month and a week for my zero rates. Good products wish I would have recieved atleast a email that ORD got my order.
