it'll for sure do 1 corner at time, the ass end shouldn't be and issue. Might even do the front w/o to much strain. 1.5 tons is 3000 pounds, @ 1/2 a blazer.
It's not enough, and 3 ton jacks are cheap enough. If I was out in the desert and needed to change a tire to keep from dying, and a 1.5 ton jack was all there was, I'd use it. Other than that it might be a good wheel chock.
It's not like owning just 1 jack is enough. Sometimes you're lifting drivetrain or suspension parts and something smaller fits in the space better. Typically a 1.5-ton is a short-throw unit and you may need something else just to get enough height.
I know with my crew cab, 1.5 tons jack I had was working hard to get one tire off the ground. But like @Blue85 alluded to, I'd pick it up just to have for small jobs.
