as long as the lug holes aren't ovalized, and bead seat is reasonable, pop a tire on it and run it...

put em in a beadblast cabinet, then just dress the bead seat up a bit if needed with some sandpaper..

now, that's just functioning, holding air, etc, how well the finned areas hold up, another story... if they come out of the blast cabinet decent, it be best to douche em with some clear... the corrosion will repropagate quickly...

Waz..... if your wondering, most machine shops, even some bodyshops, usually have a beadblaster and will do it for a fee... i'd guess they'd probably want $25 to 35 a piece to do em...
