trade your 6" lift with brand new 35/12.5/15" procomp xterrins on procomp steel wheels for a 10" lift and some 2 1/2 year old 38.5/15/15" mickey thompson bajas on american eagle racing rims?? the rims are 6 lug. the dude that is trading with me had his truck sitting dorring the week and raced on the weekends. the tires are in good condition. i am mostly concerned with my 12 bolt axle.:confused: it seems tooo good to be true!!

no, but i would cut the fenders and trade tires if they`re in good shape....

why not the 10 inch lift???and these tires are in great condition. he is gonna sell me a blazer frame with a hd dana 44 w/flat top nuckles and a 12 bolt rear so i might re gear those for the tires. i dunnno my 44 is gonna kick the bucket soon

Well, it all depends on what you`re using it for. This your mall crawler? mud bogger? trail rig? If its your trail rig, I say 6 to keep the COG down

nO WAY don't do it for one your tires and wheels are worth way more and two 10 inch lifts suck for anything but a mall wheeler trust me on this one

No I'm in Alaska but I have internet here those big lifts suck there stiff plus all the steering and driveshaft issues just really aren't worth it

Stiff is good for making girls boobs bounce but otherwise it sucks stick with your six inch lift and 35" tires it's a very good combo

i wanna go bogging, hey gus when you get back plez bring snow ar rain with you!!!LOL is $300 good for the axles and frame??

the shop where the dude has the frame and his truck is awesome!! they have like 3 lwb chevys and 4 blazers!! one blazer is on 2 1/2 ton rockwells and another on a d50/14ff combo they have a toyota on 44" tires 4 linked. a swb chevy on tractor tires . i'll go saturday and i'll take some picks. they have a dana 60 sittin under a bunch of crap they have like 6 454 engines its crazy!!

if a 6" lift isnt enough. do what im doing. some zero rates and a 3" body lift. still have flex.. have room for forties. and the beauty is... it's less than $180 for the lift. <---- think about it. besides why buy another 44? make yours stronger!

4"-5" is plenty of lift for 40's...

I have 6" lift and 1" BL and 40's and am seriously considering removing the 1" body lift.

although i would love to just cut the hell out of my fenders and all that jazz. im still in high school. i have spent all my money on this suburban. it is in fairly good condition except for some dents. although i am a wheeler... im planning on doing something crazy to this sub and buying a 80's s-10 to beat the hell out of and swap me 3/4 ton under the s-10 this summer when i get back and get a job. im not putting 40's on... just some 38.5x11r16's this summer. i have some 37x13.5r18 nitto's. but they are going to rub the hell out of the fenders... thats why im doing the lift.
