hey folks I'm looking to buy a small utility trailer for mulch and stuff. It must track well 60mph+ It doesn't really have to have a title, but I'd like it legal to drive home. I'm dumping my homebuilt POS. The back end of a truck is fine if someone want's to put one together.

I'm looking in the north east part of PA 18707.
