you judge my poser flex pics

It looks pretty good for a converted Mud truck. My only concern looking at your pictures is the frame flex behind the cab. IMHO it will eventually fail there. Some softer leaf's up front and some tube work out back should go a long ways and it'll still flex good. Ideally you want the suspension to move and the frame to stay relatively rigid...and the softer front springs will ride nicer too.

I give ya props, dude.... I had a dedicated mud truck that I tried to turn into a trial truck/rock crawler - NEVER AGAIN! That truck was so messed up (frame was bent/cracked in two places, body wasn't holding on, oddball crap welded onto and cut off the frame.... ) So I didn't build on it. As a matter of fact, I took the final pieces outta my garage yesterday (cut the truck into movable, managable pieces to go to the scrap yard.

As far as your trouble with your TC 6"'s, it's a weight issue with your rig. TC's have the lowest compression rate of any 6" (approx. 400+psi), Superlift in second place by more the 150 psi more. I recommend stickin' with what ya got now, brace the frame (consider a frame swap?), and ADD WEIGHT! Relocate gas tank/battery/radiator/storage/etc to the rear.

Short and sweet, a solution to your trouble is increase weight and ridgity.

Ask anyone serious about trails and rock crawling and one thing that they all don't want it more weight. Less is better...so I'd keep it as light as you can and get some really soft springs.

Stock 52" rears are about 280 lbs per inch...they will flex nicely even under a light rig. For the rears I'd remove a leaf or two, or even just the overload if you still have it.

I just have to say that that rig looks awesome. It looks almost exactly like my rig did about a year ago before I decided to change it again.
