Zero Rates on the front axle

Yeah they are fine to use up front, but if you are going to get Deavers prolly not necessary. Can't you just have the springs made with the amount of lift and axle position you want?

I already have 4"lift alcans but with the 4" shackle in the rear I had to put zero rates to move the axle back so now it sits hot rod style and I just want to level it out. I was only at Deavers to pick up some longer u-bolts

What about a 6" front shackle instead of the zero rates? Or Kert at DIY4x could prolly make you a set somewhere between 4.5" and 6" if you're worried about moving the axle too far forward.

Thanks for the replies. Got -em on and it sits level now. AJ I did not type that right. I do not have a 4' shackle on the front springs it is a 4' shackle flip on the back axle that I had to use a zero rate on and that lifted the rear 1" more than the front so the zero rate in the front just equaled it out.

DAMN, you have a 4 foot shackle flip in the rear and had to use a zero rate to give an extra inch of lift. :haha:
