Well, what I meant by 73 and newer are laughable(not really but). I like the 72 and olders because it was the last year of the steel front bumpers.

But that is a clean 73 for sure!

Vettes are cool up to 71, 72s are **** and 73s are good again. Then theyre crap until the 82 collectors edition, then crap again until the ZR1 c4s cause I dont care what any body says theyre nice cars. So are c4 Grandsports.

I see. I do like the side vents that are chrome, but I would not kick it out of bed.

I dont' think they ever got that side vent insert right on the 70+ models, 73 and up were better because they just did away with the side inserts all together, but by then performance was headed down...no more solid lifter engines, and more creature comforts, not to mention the build quality was sh!t...

The side vent filler style were options. You could get them with a standard fiberglass vent in 68. Not sure on the other years but 68s are like 67s and honestly the best c3 fender vent until 73 as show.

I agree with the 68-69 with or without the trim pieces in the louvers, they look great, however the 70-72 trim sucked balls....
