Yes! All of these pictures make me wish I lived somewhere else but New Jersey. There's no chance of anything like this ever happening in this state. I'd like to make it out there one day.

What's the Beetle driver going to do with those 40s? Does he have anything to put them on? You should make him a low ball offer and see if he'll take it.
He does not have anything to put them on. He is going to sell them. I don't want 40's. I'm sticking with 35's.
He was offered $1500 for them at the event.Not bad considering he put $40 into a bucket raffle! He turned the offer down so he could bring them home to research how much they are worth.
I think they are on CL now.
I made my mistake by letting the Kragen guy order me a Manual choke, I had an electric choke on the Holly, It would have been nice to have the electric choke on the Edelbrock. You can't convert my new carb from manual to electric. They were the same price too! I decided to mount it & run with it.Nice lookin motor Pblaze
Later I installed a manual choke cable, but I have never had to use it, it doesn't get that cold here. I'm just being picky I guess.

So the Jeeps couldn't make it but the GMOTM could. Awesome. I noticed you took it nice and easy on the throttle too. That's probably why the Jeeps broke. Too much pressure on the go pedal.
