‘82 GMC “Junkyard JIMMY” {Build bash Rebuild}

Thank you sir.

Today I peeled off the Zombie Squad vinal sticker from my tailgate.

Here's what it looks like meow.

It's kind of a cool effect but to top of it is messed up. I don't like it. It's not as slick as Mike's rife.

A quick call to MrK5 aka Scott from Bighorn graphics and a have a much more "visible" decal coming soon...

Just imagine all the junkyard JIMMY wheelin runs !!

I fixed it for ya!:D

I changed my tranny fluid, hooked the cooler back up. (In the stock configuration:rolleyes:)

I don't like the way it's routed. The cooler lines cross under my oil pan and over the cross member pretty close to the V belt.

I should probably get some fancy lines but it is what it is for meow.

Then I saw where my ram mount hit my oil pan. :doah:

I'm going to have to do something about that...

That's pretty similar to the ones I have but mine look about an inch longer (lower). They're pretty good. Be sure that your ubolts are cut down as low as possible or they will chew up the bump stops after a while. Or real quick if you decide to bomb across some whoops or something like that. They do a good job of keeping the axles/tires away from stuff like fenders and oil pans.

It turns out I don't like these bump stops.

Yesterday I cut off the high steer ram mount. I'm going to redo it.

This is the previous location. The mount now sits on the fab table.

I only have a week left until the desert safari. I need to have it done this weekend.

Are you going to mount the ram closer to the axle or rotate it out away from the oil pan or what? Time's awasting. :popcorn:
