Not for this girl. I think she gonna stay stock (looking) She’ll most likely end up getting the 6-lug semi-float 14 that came out of the blazer with the anti-wrap bar.
The main problem right now is the efi pump in the tank needs to come out and put a regular carb style sender in it. I already have a Holley red pump I can use.
This gen v has no mechanical pump provision. It ran “ok” when this engine was in the blazer, just over heated on longer drives. I just want to get it so it’s not sitting and I can drive it around the neighborhood at least.
Poor thing can’t breathe through that little small block air cleaner.

Yeah I actually bought that carb from quadrajet power when I first got the K5. It works well. I still need to hook up the choke wire on this truck for it.
