Absolutely. I’m working towards this being my daily because I’m going to put my daughter in the grand Cherokee when she starts driving. Trying to keep the mileage off of the dually whenever possible.

A/C is working. Got all the ductwork back in and dash reassembled. Happy to have all that done. Now I can drive it comfortably and stare at the dirty carpet I want to redo 
100% all back together except for putting the front bumper on. Me and the girls went for a test cruise to get ice cream. Now that it has tunes and a/c, it’s officially their favorite thing to ride in haha.
Forgot, I still need to build a spare tire. It has the original jack and handle. And even the spare holder thing. Just need a wheel and tire.
Ok, took me two beers but the bumper is back on. With all the bolts even!
Speaking of cooling fans, it looks like some aftermarket companies are now making the replacement clutch fans with dual pattern for diesel and gas engines.

I find 5 acres to be a good starting point, it gives you room to hide the junk out back out of sight. The only downside is you eventually start to show up on satellite images...
I would love five or ten, but the 2.5 I want is basically there when I’m ready to buy it. And I’ll be able to afford it hopefully
My house in Idaho was on 2 acres. It was a good size. Had a house and a shop and plenty of room. I wish I only had a few acres now but it would cost me more to sell it and downsize and start over since since I bought at a good time and have a good interest rate and now things are nuts.

It will when I’m done with it haha. Seems like it needs notched to clear the very outside ends. But I haven’t 100% tried to fit it permanently. I won’t even try till I get the carpet kit for it.
