Depends what's screwed in the the posi rear... just the posi unit? Or does it need all the bearing and a R&P too? Also if it is a stock gov-lok I know I have heard stories of them scattering parts and screwing the whole rearend... then some just don't function anymore. tRusty has the Lincoln Locker (welded spiders) going and seems to like it... maybe give him a PM. I'm sure he'd be glad to help out w/ the LL questions you may have.

If it is the Eaton Possi, with four springs, buy it and rebuild it with the new carbon fiber clutches, and the 800
pound pre-load springs. If its a Gov-Lock Eaton Possi, have them pay you 50 to take it off their hands !
Good luck
P.S. its gonna be old if its and original Eaton Possi with four springs, Tip have the part/peices magnfulxed before
you rebuilt it.

Do you have an opinion about a EZ lockers made by tractech? This would be an easy install right? I am cheap and want to set up for better traction.
