14 bolt bling, where is it?

if you are wanting better shafts you may want to look at the newer 14 bolts they have the same shafts as the old ones but are stronger becasue GM keeps upgrading the axles weight limit, maby get a yolk off a newer 14 bolt that would allow you to run a 1485 joint in the rear.

i had to make my own bling, i broke the plug welds on the pass side tube, same side the anti wrap bar was on. so i decided to run coils in the rear, ya its a jeep:haha:but i tow with a chevy. im not done this was where i left off last week, jason.

Now if I could get manual hubs for a *rear* D60 for flat-towing my K5...

I don't think you really want that.
MISF blew up a set of the Warn hubs for their floater kit. Just mostly driving it on the street w/ a Detroit in the diff. When the hub went, it of course took out the Detroit too. Being currently poor he now has a semi floater 4.56 geared D60 w/ a Warn floater kit (only way at the time to get a 5x5.5 floater) and an OPEN diff. :doah: :doah:

Well, it's hypothetical, as I'm quite attached to my 14BFF's, and I just drop the driveshaft for long tows... but you get the idea ;)
