14bff interchange? 203/205 Doubler?

Well seeing how we are a distributor for ORD now I guess I am partial. I have seen ORD Doubler's in person and know several people that run them. I have seen them be seriously abused with no issues. Another thing about the ORD set up is there is plenty of support. If you need a price let me know.

Yeah, its guys like you, that I'm relying on with my Iron Maiden build. I feel sometimes like I know just enough to get in trouble.

Brett I should have about a 2" engagement of the splines from what I read in your tech article right?
Does the 27 spline loose any significant strength over the 32?
Do you have a length diagram for the 4WD 27 spline 400 output shaft. I didin't see it on your chart posted above.
 
there is no factory th400/203 or 205 or 208.

thats a custom shaft or a modifyed 2wd emmissions eara th400 shaft.

but you can use it . just need to find the length like i did. not all female input gears are full spline to the bottom of the inside. you just need to be full spline to full spline of both.

and your major tourque is in the range box back to the tcase. lots of guys use th350 or 700 with 27 spline to 203 range boxes and 205 tcases.

all i did was bolt up the tcase adaptor to the tranny . then slid on the range box. measured the gap to be flush. then added about 1/8" to that. then i cut off that much of the shaft off. beveled it like factory. slid it on bolted it up.
