16 inch stock factory steel wheels?

Nah. 32x10.5ishR16's. Inch taller than the 31's that were on it. Do kinda wish I had gone with 285's but was unsure of how it would spin them. Got such a great deal I didn't want to hesitate so I went conservative on the size.
Turns out it didn't notice the larger tires.

Yup, I feel ya... I saw a Heep last week with 285s and totally fell in love with them! Right beside it was a Heep with 33X12.5R15, and the 285s looked like 1,000 times better!!! They are "about" 2 inches taller and more narrow... simply... beautiful!

And with my coughlittlecough 4" lift, I wont need to do anything to run them, except.... rims.

I wouldn't run those Primewells. It would be cheaper in the long run to spend more on a better tire, or look for a good used set of something else.

as much as I hate to say it 15"ers are a dying breed. Ive been thinking of sticking with a 16" wheel for my truck instead of a 15.

I liked the taller but not wider options and also the higher load ratings available with a 16" wheel. If I was going bigger in a tire I'd probably go with 17's as that seems to be more common now but for the 31-35" range there's still plenty of stock sizes that work.

Check the dieselwarrior build thread. All updates are 10 minute youtube specials starring Andrew. 19 episodes and counting...and damn entertaining IMO.

A little late now, I just had 4 put on today. :waytogo:

They look good, run good, handle good and was cheap.

BTW, why shouldnt I run them anyway?

I've never personally had a set, but a lot of our customers run them on their work trucks/vans. They just don't seem to last that long and they don't like to wear evenly. That and I think the tread pattern looks kinda goofy:rolleyes: I wouldn't call them a bad tire though.
