1968 c30 "Papa Smurf" prerunner build. links, beams, and turbo

Thanks guys....but this is just the beginning of the custom one off work your gonna see. So much more coming. This build is really gonna kick it up a few notches in the next 2 months i think :D
Turbo noises...build all the things

beautiful work. Looking forward to seeing what else you got planned.

Right now i have 9.5"s of uptravel and 12.5"s of droop. But the limiting factor on my up is tires hitting my firewall. So eventually i plan to cut the firewall out and build new foot boxes, but for now i just added a spacer on the bump stop to move it down an 1" so when i cut the firewall out i can remove the spacer on the bump and i should get another 1.5"s of bump which will bring me to 11"s bump. 12.5" of droop for 23.5"s total. At that point i may play with ride height and get it more 10" bump and 13.5" droop.

looking good dude, interested in seeing what you do with the bump plates. I need a set...

Are you running spares as counter weights to balance the truck? I don't see a need for spares at silver lakes is why I'm asking.

Paddle tires yo! Drive in on 4 bfg t/a's with 2 paddles in the back. Jack it up swap them out for the day. Then when ready to head home swap them back and drive on out. Plus who said this truck was only going to see silver lake?
