1970 3/4ton 4x4

To all the guys that say its not worth the money , I challenge you to restore one to that level for cheaper. there worth alot of money to the right people. and there expensive to restore

if you've never RESTORED a vehicle from the ground up I wouldn't expect you to understand.

I bet theres 2000.00 just in PARTS in the interior alone.
and even if the body was straight and rust free theres probally 2500-5000 worth of paint and body work.

and then theres ,trim, tires, wheels, engine and trans rebuilds, ect.

15,000 is a steal if you really know what goes into fixing one up

I fully agree, take one of these trucks to a professional shop and ask for a factory quality paint job. This would include removal of the whole interior, glass, weather stripping, molding, doors, fenders, bed..all comes off. You are looking at a solid 5-15k in body work and another 5-10 in paint including all parts and labor. Labor rates vary from 65-95.00 per hour.

if it was a all original pristine low mileage factory 1 ton big block 4 speed truck with every single bell and whistle, then yes, 15K is a good price if you were wanting to show it, but not that truck.....

the 67-72 chevies never had big block 4x4's.

i like it, and think it's a really nice clean truck. i wonder if it has the stock 4 wheel drums still?
